The breather valve, namly pressure vacuum relief valve, and hydraulic safety valve are essential safety devices on a petrol storage tank. This PVRV test bench is a multipurpose petrol storage tank breather valve test equipment. It can preform pressure test, vacuum test and sealing test on both breather valves and hydraulic safety valves from DN15 to DN400. The breather valve test bench is automatically controlled by computer with built-in program software. It can simulate a working working environment for brather valve. You only need to input valve’s information and enter testing parameters, the machine will automatically perform pressure test, vacuum test and sealing test in succession. Then it will automatically determine test results and generate test reports for you.
The breather valve test bench can accurately simulate a breather valve working environment to verify whether the breather valve opening pressure meets its setting pressure. And it can also evaluate whether the breather valve’s sealing performance is qualified. Breather valve test consists of three stages: pressure test, vacuum test and sealing test. First, place your breather valve on the test station, and activate the pneumatic clamp to fix and seal the breather valve. Then input valve information and test parameters in the computer. Under the automatic control of computer, the machine will sequentially perform PVRV pressure test, PVRV vacuum test and PVRV sealing test. The computer will automatically record testing data, determine test results and generate test reports.
