The portable hydraulic power pack is an independent and small hydraulic power unit. It uses compressed air as its driving power, and is able to generate hydraulic power up to 408MPa. Therefore, the small hydraulic power pack is widely used for hydraulic test, hydraulic disassembly, bolt tensioning, hydraulic devices. The air operated hydraulic power pack has the automatic maintaining pressure function. That is, when reaching your preset pressure, it will automatically stand by and maintain the pressure, without energy consumption and no heat generating. And it will restart to supplement pressure automatically once terminal pressure drops.
The portable hydraulic power pack is a self-contained hydraulic pump system. It integrates air driven hydraulic pump and control kit into a robust skid, which makes it easy to operate and move. The hydraulic power pack outlet pressure is directly proportional to the driving air pressure. So if adjust the air supply pressure, the hydraulic power pack outlet pressure will charge accordingly. Therefore, you can easily set or adjust hydraulic pressure by observing the pressure gauge while adjusting the air regulator on the panel.
We offer multiple skid-mounting options and additional components for users to choose from, aiming to customize hydraulic power packs to meet user needs. For example, the hydraulic power pack equipped with prefill pump is suitable to serve as a hydraulic pressure tester. To be specific, the prefill pump can help you quickly bleed air from the workpiece under test, while the hydraulic pump provides high pressure for hydraulic test. Furthermore, an accumulator can be added to the hydraulic power pack, which will eliminate pressure fluctuations, thus ensuring hydraulic system pressure stability.
Air driven hydraulic power stations are applicable to liquid medium such as water, hydraulic oil, emulsion and other liquids.
Air powered hydraulic power station do not require frequent maintenance, just make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the air lubricator during it is running.
