The ozone pump is an ozone booster that can efficiently boost ozone up to 20bar. Ozone is a very strong oxidant, disinfectant and bactericide, thus widely use in ozone water treatment, air purification, chemical production. However, ozone is easily decomposed in the air, and its instability makes it difficult to store in cylinders. Therefore, ozone can only be produced on-site using an ozone generator or produced into ozone water. The outlet pressure of ozone generators and ozone water generators is generally between 0.5bar to 8bar. If you want to speed up ozone penetration and diffusion, you need to increase ozone pressure. Ozone booster pump can help you effectively boost ozone up to 20bar, even if the gauge pressure of your source ozone is zero.
Ozone booster has a large piston and a small piston, and uses the area difference between the two pistons to pressurize ozone. That is, when compressed air pushes the large piston to reciprocate, the small piston also reciprocates synchronously, thereby continuously compressing ozone to increase pressure. Ozone booster’s ozone-contacting parts are made of 316L stainless steel, which offers excellent oxidation resistance and rapid heat dissipation. Anti-oxidation seals are used internally to ensure ozone booster long service life. In addition, the pump comes with an isolation section to effectively isolate ozone and compressed air.
Ozone booster discharge pressure is directly proportional to the driving air pressure. Just need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust ozone booster discharge pressure by adjusting the air regulator while reading the pressure gauge.
To facilitate you operation, we built the ozone booster station, which is also a portable ozone compressor. It integrates ozone booster pump, air regulator, pressure gauges, control valves, throttle valve and thread fittings into stainless-steel skid, thus easy to operate and move. All parts in contact with ozone are made of 316L stainless steel, thus effectively resisting the strong oxidizing properties of ozone. Just need to adjust the air regulator and read the pressure gauge on the panel, you can easily set or adjust ozone compressor discharge pressure. Furthermore, by adjusting the throttle valve on panel, you can regulate ozone outlet flow.
Yes. Our ozone booster has a strong self-priming ability, so even if the gauge pressure of your ozone is 0 barg, it can still suction your ozone gas and boost it to higher pressure.
