The oxygen compressor machine is a high pressure oxygen compressor that can safely compress oxygen to 35MPa maximum. It uses compressed air as its driving power and doesn’t require electricity, thus eliminating the risk of oxygen being ignited by electric sparks. And it employs oil-free compression technology, and all components undergo degreasing treatment to ensure oxygen purity. In addition, the oxygen booster compressor has automatic start-stop function. You only need to set an oxygen discharge pressure, it will automatically compress oxygen and output high pressure oxygen flow. And it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure, thus avoiding overpressure.
Oxygen booster compressor adopts a modular design. We integrate serval oxygen booster pumps and control kit into a robust skid, which make it easy to operate and move. You can decide whether to start one or all oxygen booster pumps depending on the current working conditions. You only need to set an oxygen discharge pressure by reading the pressure gauge while adjusting the air regulator on the panel, and the oxygen compressor will compress oxygen and discharge high-pressure oxygen flow. And it will automatically stop and stand by when it reaches your preset pressure, thereby preventing overpressure.
As the core component of oxygen compressor machine, oxygen booster pump can complete compressing oxygen and output high-pressure oxygen in one go. And it comes with the exhaust cooling module, which uses exhaust air to achieve self-cooling and cool high-pressure oxygen, without additional energy consumption. If your budget is limited, you can just purchase the oxygen booster pump to build an oxygen compressor by adding air regulator, pressure gauges and high-pressure fittings.

To be specific, it uses the exhaust air to achieve self-cooling and cool high-pressure oxygen, without consuming extra energy. If you need to further quickly cool high-pressure oxygen, it is recommended to install a gas cooler.
