As well known, nitrous oxide is usually stored in tanks in the form of liquefied gas, however, it easily vaporizes due to changes in ambient temperature or storage pressure. To facilitate user transfer and filling nitrous oxide from a source to tanks, we have developed Liquid nitrous oxide pump and Multiphase nitrous oxide pump. Both of them can suction nitrous oxide and then pressurize nitrous oxide to prevent nitrous oxide vaporization during transfer and filling process, thus ensuring that the nitrous oxide always remains in liquid form. If your N₂O source is liquid state, please choose Liquid N2O pump. But if your N₂O source is gaseous or a gas-liquid mixture, multiphase N2O pump is a better choice.

Nitrous oxide critical pressure is 7.25MPa. Nitrous oxide pump utilizes pressurizing nitrous oxide to transfer or fill nitrous oxide. N2O pump can suction both liquid N₂O and multiphase N₂O, then pressurize nitrous oxide to above 7.25MPa, thereby discharging liquid nitrous oxide.
The nitrous pump uses compressed air as driving power, and its discharge pressure is directly proportional to drive air pressure. Therefore, you only need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, then you can easily set or adjust NO pump discharge pressure by reading the pressure gauge while adjusting the air regulator.

Nitrous oxide is a high-pressure liquid gas that must be filled into cylinder according to the approved weight. In order to facilitate your operation, we created multiple nitrous oxide filling equipment on the basis of N2O pump. Automatic nitrous oxide filling machine is equipped with automatic weight control unit to prevent excessive filling N₂O. And manual N2O filling machine is affordable and suitable for users with limited budgets, but you need to use a scale to monitor N₂O filling weight, thus avoid excessive filling nitrous oxide.
Nitrous oxide critical temperature is 36.5°C and critical pressure is 72.5bar. If you use N2O pump to pressurize nitrous oxide to above 72.5 Bar at a temperature below 36.5°C, you will obtain liquid nitrous oxide. And if you want to get high-pressure nitrous oxide gas, that is, you don’t want nitrous oxide liquefaction, you need to control N2O temperature above 36.5°C.
If your nitrous oxide is pure liquid which usually comes from dewar tank or cryogenic tank, Liquid N2O pump is suitable for you. But if your nitrous oxide is pure gas or gas-liquid mixture which usually comes from steel cylinder, Multiphase NO2 pump is more suitable for you. Please contact us for help if you don’t know how to choose.
Yes. Our carbon dioxide pump uses oil-free compression to ensure you obtaining high purity N₂O and food-grade N₂O.
Nitrous oxide is a high-pressure liquid gas that is usually stored in a cryogenic tank or a steel cylinder in liquid state. During transfer or filling nitrous oxide process, nitrous oxide is easy to vaporize thus converting into N2O gas or gas-liquid mixture at room temperature. Therefore, you need to use N2O pump to pressurize nitrous oxide to ensure N2O always remaining in liquid phase.
