High pressure nitrogen injection system is a nitrogen injector for gas assisted injection moulding. Nitrogen serves as an auxiliary gas in the process of injection moulding, extrusion moulding or blow molding. we need to inject high-pressure nitrogen into the molten plastic in the mold cavity, causing the plastic part to expand internally and become hollow, but still keep the appearance intact. Precisely injecting nitrogen at the required pressure is crucial for plastic moulding quality. The nitrogen injection system can complete compressing nitrogen and precisely injecting nitrogen in one go. It can boost nitrogen to high pressure, then output stable nitrogen flow at your required pressure and precisely inject high-pressure nitrogen into the injection molding machine, extrusion molding machine or blow molding machine.

Nitrogen injection machine consists of nitrogen booster, gas buffer tank, digital pressure controller, pressure sensor, pressure reducing valve and control kit. Here’s how it works. Firstly the machine will boost nitrogen to high pressure. Then store the pressurized nitrogen in the gas buffer tank to eliminate pressure pulsation and form a high-pressure nitrogen reserve. You only need to adjust the pressure reducing valve to your required pressure, then the machine will output high-pressure nitrogen gas flow at a constant pressure. The digital controller will control nitrogen booster automatic start-stop, thus ensuring that there is always sufficient nitrogen in the gas buffer tank.
The carbon dioxide used in gas-assisted injection moulding can come from bottled Co2, cryogenic tanks or Dewar tanks.
Whether your Co2 source is gaseous or liquid state, our carbon dioxide booster station is able to process your Co2.
