Nitrogen Booster Pump for Compress and Fill Nitrogen

Nitrogen booster pump, as known as N2 booster pump, can efficiently pressurize nitrogen gas up to 160MPa. It uses compressed air as its driving power and does not require electricity, thus no risk of electric spark or flame, and explosion-proof. And nitrogen booster comes with the exhaust cooling unit which uses the exhaust air to achieve self-cooling and cooling high-pressure nitrogen during compression process. In addition, nitrogen booster has automatic start-stop function. That is, it will automatically stop when reaching your preset pressure, thus preventing overpressure. Nitrogen booster pumps are widely used to compress nitrogen, transfer or fill nitrogen, pneumatic pressure test and leaking test.

How to Operate Nitrogen Booster Pump

Driven by compressed air, nitrogen booster discharge pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Therefore, if adjust the air supply pressure, the nitrogen booster discharge pressure will change accordingly. Just need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust nitrogen booster discharge pressure by adjusting air regulator and reading the pressure gauge. In this way, the nitrogen booster will constantly suction nitrogen, compress nitrogen and discharge high-pressure nitrogen gas flow for you. If no air supply on site, you can also use low-pressure compressed nitrogen to power the nitrogen booster.

The nitrogen booster outlet pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure. So if adjust the air supply pressure, the nitrogen booster outlet pressure will be adjusted accordingly.
