The N2O tank filling machine is an automatic whipped cream charger tank filling machine. It can efficiently fill N2O from your source tank into small tanks ranging from 0.95L to 4L. As well known, nitrous oxide is a high-pressure liquid gas that must be filled according to the approved weight, and excessive filling N2O is strictly prohibited. The nitrous oxide filling machine is automated by PLC module and equipped with weight sensor and pressure sensor. You only need to set a N2O filling weight on touch screen, the machine will automatically clamp your tank and then fill N2O into the tank. And it will automatically stop filling and release filled tank when reaching your preset weight, thus preventing excessive filling N2O.
The nitrous oxide tank filling machine consists of N2O booster pump, PLC control module, automatic clamp, touch screen, weight sensor, pressure sensor, digital gauge, pressure gauges, automatic valves and high pressure fittings. The nitrous oxide filling machine has double safety mechanism. That is, the weight sensor will monitor N2O filling weight in real time to prevent overfilling nitrous oxide; and the pressure sensor will monitor N2O filling pressure in real time to avoid overpressure. During filling process, if overfilling or overpressure occurs, PLC module will automatically interrupt filling to ensure safety.
There are many specifications of N2O tanks on the market. The N2O filling machine is a customized equipment. You need to provide a sample of your N2O tank to us, then we will adjust the filling machine to adapt to your N2O tank.
The maximum filling rate of our N2O filling machine is 10.9Liters liquid N2O per minute.
