Cream charger N2O cartridge filling machine is an automatic nitrous cartridge filling equipment, which can accomplish filling nitrous oxide and capping cartridge in one go. And it is applicable to various nitrous cartridges from 8 grams to 33 grams.
As well known, what stores in N2O cartridges is high-pressure liquid nitrous oxide but not gaseous nitrous dioxide. There is a nitrous oxide pump built in the machine, which can suction N2O from a source tank, and then covert it into high-pressure liquid N2O by compression. Under PLC module automatic control, the machine can automatically complete the three steps of pressurizing N2O, filling N2O and capping cartridge in one go. However, placing empty cartridge and taking out the filled cartridge needs to be done by yourself. Since carbon dioxide and nitrous dioxide have similar properties, this machine is also suitable to serve as Co2 cartridge filling machine to fill carbon dioxide into soda cartridges.
This is a fully automatic nitrous oxide cartridge filling machine with five stations. It can automatically complete feeding empty cartridge, automatic filling nitrous oxide in cartridge, automatic capping cartridge and automatic taking out filled cartridge in one go.
