Liquid Co2 pump is a Liquid carbon dioxide booster and designed to process liquid carbon dioxide. The liquid carbon dioxide pump is able to withstand temperatures as low as -50℃. Therefore, it often serves as a Liquid Co2 transfer pump or Liquid Co2 refilling pump. That is, carbon dioxide pump can suction cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide from Dewar tanks, ISO tanks or cryogenic tanks. And then output high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide up by pressurizing carbon dioxide, thus ensuring that carbon dioxide remains in liquid phase during transfer or filling carbon dioxide process. We supply both liquid Co2 pumps and multiphase Co2 pumps for you to choose from.
Carbon dioxide critical pressure is 73.9bar. Co2 pump utilizes pressurizing carbon dioxide to ensure carbon dioxide keeping in liquid state during transfer or filling carbon dioxide. It can suction liquid carbon dioxide and then pressurize carbon dioxide to above 73.9Bar, thereby discharging liquid carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide pump uses compressed air as driving power, and its discharge pressure is always proportional to drive air pressure. Therefore, you only need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, then you can easily set or adjust Co2 pump discharge pressure by adjusting the air regulator and reading the pressure gauge.
Carbon dioxide is usually stored in liquid form in various containers. And Carbon dioxide must be filled according to the approved weight, rather than the working pressure of the container. To facilitate your filling carbon dioxide, we created carbon dioxide filling machines based on Co2 pump. Automatic Co2 filling machine comes with electronic control module and automatic weighing module, so it is easier to operate and can prevent excessive filling carbon dioxide. Manual Co2 filling machine is more affordable, but it has not weigh control function, so you need to monitor carbon dioxide filling weight by yourself.
If your Co2 is pure liquid which usually comes from dewar tank or cryogenic tank, Liquid carbon dioxide pump is suitable for you. But if your Co2 is pure gas or gas-liquid mixture which usually comes from steel cylinder, multiphase carbon dioxide pump is more suitable for you. Carbon dioxide is a high-pressure liquid gas, which is usually stored in a cryogenic tank or a steel cylinder in liquid state. During pumping or filling carbon dioxide process, Co2 is easy to vaporize thus converting into Co2 gas or gas-liquid mixture at room temperature. Therefore, you need to use carbon dioxide pump to pressurize carbon dioxide to ensure Co2 remaining in liquid phase.
