The hydraulic test pump, as known as air driven hydraulic pump, is an high pressure pump up to 6400bar. It uses water or hydraulic oil as the testing medium, and can pressurize the liquid medium to simulate a pressure environment, thereby verifying the performance of your workpiece, hydraulic component or hydraulic system. The hydraulic testing pump has the automatic pressure maintenance function. To be specific, you only set a desired pressure, and the hydraulic testing pump will automatically pressurize and then maintain the pressure when reaching your preset pressure. Therefore, the hydraulic test pump is especially suitable for hydraulic pressure test. In order to meet your dual demands on pressure and flow, we supply four series and multiple models of hydraulic test pumps for you to choose from.
The hydraulic testing pump outlet pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Just need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust hydraulic pressure by adjusting the air regulator while reading the pressure gauge.
In order to facilitate your operation, we also supply manual and automatic hydraulic pressure test machines for you to choose from. It integrates hydraulic test pump, pressure gauges, liquid tank, control valves, air regulator, air lubricator and high pressure fittings into a robust skid. Therefore, its skid-mount and portable design allow you to easily carry it to the field to perform hydraulic pressure test conveniently.
Hydraulic testing pump is applicable to liquid medium such as water, hydraulic oil, emulsion and other liquids.
Hydraulic testing pump does not require frequent maintenance, just make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the air lubricator during it is running.
