The air powered hydraulic pump, as known as air driven hydraulic pump, is a pneumatic hydraulic pump up to 640MPa. It is driven by compressed air and able to pressurize water, hydraulic oil or emulsion to generate high pressure. The pneumatic hydraulic pump has the automatic maintaining pressure function. That is, the hydraulic pump will automatically stop and maintain pressure when reaching your preset pressure. And it will automatically activate to replenish pressure once outlet pressure drops. What’s even more amazing is that the hydraulic pump doesn’t consume energy during pressure holding period. Pneumatic operation, ability to output extremely high pressure, and explosion-proof. These features make air powered hydraulic pump widely used in many applications.
Driven by compressed air, the air powered hydraulic pump outlet pressure is directly proportional to the driving air pressure. Therefore, if adjust the air supply pressure, the hydraulic pump outlet pressure will change accordingly. Just need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust the hydraulic pump outlet pressure by observing the pressure gauge while rotating the air regulator. In this way, the hydraulic pump will constantly output high pressure fluid for you.
