The automatic hydraulic pressure test bench is an intelligent hydraulic testing equipment with maximum test pressure 408MPa. It uses water or hydraulic oil as the test medium, and pressurize the liquid medium to simulate a pressure environment, thereby verifying the performance of your workpiece, hydraulic component or hydraulic system. You only need to input testing parameters on computer, the hydraulic test bench will automatically complete pressurizing, maintaining pressure, pressure relief and determining test results in one go. In addition, the machine also has quick bleed air function to help you quickly remove the air trapped in hydraulic circuit, thus ensuring hydraulic test results accuracy.
Hydraulic test bench is to pressurize liquid medium to your required pressure and then inject it into your testing object to simulate a pressure environment, thereby performing hydraulic pressure test. The manual hydraulic test machine is low-cost hydraulic testing equipment suitable for users with limited budgets. It integrates hydraulic test pump, pressure gauges, manual valves and liquid tank into a robust skid, thus compact and portable. It has automatic maintaining pressure function. However, you need to manually set a test pressure and unload pressure, and you also need to judge test results by yourself. In addition, a pre-fill pump is optional to help you quickly bleed air before hydraulic test. And the pressure chart recorder is optional, which will help you draw the pressure curve during hydraulic test.
The main difference between hydraulic test and hydrostatic test lies in the different test media. Hydrostatic test or hydro test uses water as the testing medium, while hydraulic test uses hydraulic oil, water or other liquids as the testing medium. Therefore, hydraulic test includes hydro test. In practice, the terms of hydraulic test and hydrostatic test or hydro test are often interchangeable.
