HPU hydraulic power unit is scientifically called pneumatic hydraulic power unit, which is a efficient and multifunctional high-pressure power equipment. As a small hydraulic HPU, it can generate stable hydraulic pressure up to 408MPa for diverse hydraulic tools and occasions requiring hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic power unit uses plant air or compressed air as driving power, no risk of electric sparks and flame, thus explosion proof. And it has automatic maintaining pressure function. That is, the HPU unit will automatically stop and maintain pressure when it reaches your preset pressure. And it will automatically restart once terminal pressure drops. Moreover, there is no extra energy consumption and no heat during HPU automatic pressure maintenance period.
HPU hydraulic power unit is an independent hydraulic power station. It uses compressed air as driving power, and its outlet hydraulic pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. So if adjust the air supply pressure, the HPU output hydraulic pressure will change accordingly. Therefore, you can easily set and adjust HPU hydraulic pressure by observing the pressure gauge while rotating the air regulator. If you have extreme requirements for hydraulic stability, the hydraulic accumulator is optional to add in hydraulic power unit, which can effectively eliminate the pressure pulsation in the hydraulic circuit.
Air driven hydraulic power stations are applicable to liquid medium such as water, hydraulic oil, emulsion and other liquids.
Air powered hydraulic power station do not require frequent maintenance, just make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the air lubricator during it is running.
