The high pressure chemical pump is a pneumatic chemical pump. It can safely boost glycol, methanol and other chemical to maximal 320MPa and inject chemical under back pressure. Thereby, it is suitable to serve as a chemical injection pump or chemical transfer pump. The high pressure chemical pump is driven by compressed air or compressed nitrogen, does not require electricity, thus no electric spark and flame risk. Therefore, pneumatic chemical injection pumps are suitable for high pressure chemical injection operations in explosion proof areas such as oil & gas fields, chemical plants, water treatment, laboratories. To meet your dual needs for pressure and flow, we provide multiple models of high pressure chemical pumps for your choice.
In response to the corrosiveness, flammability and volatility of chemical, we have taken the following measures for high pressure chemical pumps:
1. The chemical injection pump adopts pneumatic operation and oil-free compression, no electricity required, thus eliminating the risk of chemicals being ignited.
2. We equip with dual seal rings in the chemical pump. Chemicals runs independently and is completely isolated from the driving air, which avoids the risk of chemicals leak or contamination by compressed air.
3. The wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and seal rings are made of FFKM, thereby ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
The discharge pressure of pneumatic chemical injection pump is always proportional to the drive air pressure. So if adjust air supply pressure, the pneumatic chemical pump outlet pressure will change accordingly. Just need to add an air regulator and pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust the chemical injection pump outlet pressure by adjusting air regulator while observing pressure gauge. If there is no air supply on site, you can use a 15MPa nitrogen cylinder to power the chemical injection pump after depressurization.
