This is a gas pressure booster system with pressure regulator, which has the dual function of compressing gas and precise regulating gas pressure. That is, it can complete boosting gas pressure and precisely adjusting gas pressure in one go, thereby ensuring stable and precise gas output and avoiding gas pressure fluctuations. The gas booster system with pressure regulator is especially suitable for the occasions that require precise controlling gas pressure, such as gas injection, gas assisted injection molding, pneumatic test, gas tightness test, pressure calibration, safety valve testing and calibration.
The gas booster system consists of gas booster pump, pressure gauges, gas buffer tank, control valves, pressure reducing valve. Here’s how it works. Firstly the machine will boost gas to high pressure. Then store the pressurized gas in the gas buffer tank to eliminate pressure pulsation, thus forming a high-pressure gas reserve. When you need it, just need to adjust the pressure reducing valve to your required pressure, then the machine will output a stable high-pressure gas flow for your using. And when the gas buffer tank is pressure insufficient, the gas booster pump will automatically restart to replenish high-pressure gas.
