The gas cylinder leak testing machine can help you verify the tightness of cylinder body and cylinder valve installation for gas cylinders by immersion bubbling method. This machine is easy to operate, saves manpower, and greatly improves the efficiency of gas cylinder leak testing. And it is suitable to test the sealing performance of various gas cylinders such as LPG tanks, FM200 fire cylinders, CNG tanks and more.
The gas cylinder tightness tester uses air or nitrogen gas as test medium to simulate the gas cylinder’s working environment. And then utilizes the water immersion and bubbling method to determine whether the cylinder is leaking and find the leaking point. First of all, fill a certain pressure of air or nitrogen into the gas cylinder, and then immerse the gas cylinder in the leak testing pool. Visually inspect whether bubbles appear in the water. If no bubbles appear, it indicates the gas cylinder tightness qualified; if bubbles appear, it proves that the sealing property of the gas cylinder is unqualified.
During gas cylinder leak testing process, if you don’t have a crane, it is too laborious to lift the gas cylinder by human. The gas cylinder lifter can help you lift the gas cylinder easily and quickly, thus greatly saving labor and time. Specifically, this device can help you lift the gas cylinder and place it into the testing tank. After the testing job is completed, the device will help you take the gas cylinder out of the testing tank and then lift it down. The gas cylinder lifter is an additional device for the leak testing tank, it is not a mandatory device.
