Unlike the electric gas compressor, the gas booster compressor uses compressed air as its driving power and does not require electricity, thus no electric spark risk and explosion proof. Therefore, the gas compressor machine can safely compress various gases including flammable gases such as natural gas, methane, hydrogen, oxygen. And it has an automatic start-stop function, that is, it will stop automatically when reaching your preset pressure, thereby preventing overpressure.


Gas compressor machine adopts a modular design. We integrate one or serval gas compressor pumps and control kit into a robust skid to build a gas compressor skid, which make it easy to operate and compact in size. You can decide whether to start one or more gas booster pumps depending on the current working conditions and load. We provide two control modes for your choice: manual control and electrical control. You just need to set a gas discharge pressure by manual or by click on digital gauge, and gas compressor skid will compress gas and discharge high-pressure gas flow for you.

To be specific, it uses the exhaust air to achieve self-cooling and cool high-pressure gas, without consuming extra energy. If you need to further quickly cool high-pressure gas, it is recommended to install a gas cooler.
We offer both oil-containing and oil-free compression for you to choose. For industrial gases such as nitrogen, we recommend using oil-containing compression, of course it is up to you. For high-purity gases and flammable gases (such as hydrogen, oxygen, methane, CNG), we use oil-free compression (dry compression).
