The gas cylinder cleaner machine consists of four parts: pneumatic clamp, high-pressure flushing unit, flipping mechanism and steam drying unit. The gas cylinder cleaning procedures are as follows:
First of all, use the pneumatic clamp to fix your gas cylinder firmly. Then activate the high-pressure water pump, which can jet high-pressure water to flush the inner wall of the gas cylinder. After cleaning the gas cylinder, the machine will flip the gas cylinder over to pour out the dirty water. Finally activate the steam generator to dry the machine interior. The gas cylinder cleaning drying machine is suitable to clean and dry diverse gas cylinders including NOVEC cylinders, FM200 cylinders, CNG cylinders, LPG cylinders and more.
It is a gas cylinder exterior cleaning machine that is designed to remove rust from the outside of various steel cylinders. The gas cylinder cleaner is equipped with electronic control unit, and uses a motor to drive a rotating wire brush to clean gas cylinder exterior, and uses a dust removal device to collect rust and dust to avoid polluting the surrounding environment.
This machine is used to dry small gas cylinders smaller than 15Liters, such as SCBA tanks, Scuba dive tanks and portable fire extinguishers. It uses electric heating, and the temperature can be set and adjusted. The equipped fan will continuously deliver hot air to gas cylinder, thereby drying the moisture inside gas cylinder.
