The soda maker Co2 cylinder refilling machine is an automatic carbon dioxide cylinder filling machine. It can efficiently fill liquid Co2 from your source tank into small cylinders ranging from 0.5L to 4L. As well known, carbon dioxide is a high-pressure liquefied gas that must be filled according to the approved weight, and excessive filling Co2 is strictly prohibited. The Co2 filling machine is automated by PLC module and equipped with weight sensor and pressure sensor. You only need to set a Co2 filling weight on touch screen, the machine will automatically clamp cylinder and then fill Co2 into cylinder. And it will automatically stop filling and release cylinder when reaching your preset weight, thus preventing overfilling carbon dioxide.
The carbon dioxide cylinder filling machine consists of Co2 booster pump, PLC control module, automatic clamp, touch screen, weight sensor, pressure sensor, digital gauge, pressure gauge, automatic valves and other components. This machine has the double safety mechanism. That is, the weight sensor will monitor Co2 filling weight in real time to prevent Co2 overfilling; and the pressure sensor will monitor Co2 filling pressure in real time to prevent overpressure. During the filling process, once Co2 overfilling or overpressure occurs, PLC module will automatically interrupt filling to ensure safety.
