Soda charger Co2 cartridge filling machine is an automatic carbon dioxide cartridge filling equipment, which can accomplish filling CO2 and capping cartridge in one go. And it is applicable to diverse Co2 cartridges from 8 grams to 33 grams.
As we all known, what stores in Co2 cartridges is high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide but not gaseous carbon dioxide. The machine is equipped with a Co2 filling pump which can suction carbon dioxide from a source tank, and then covert it into high-pressure liquid Co2 by compression. Under the PLC module automatic control, the machine will automatically complete three steps of compressing Co2, filling Co2 and capping cartridge in one go. However, placing empty cartridge and taking out the filled cartridge needs to be done by yourself. Nitrous dioxide and carbon dioxide have similar properties, therefore, this machine can also serve as nitrous cartridge filling machine to fill N2O cartridges for cream chargers.
This is a fully automatic carbon dioxide cartridge filling machine with five stations. It can automatically complete feeding empty cartridge, automatic filling carbon dioxide in cartridge, automatic capping cartridge and automatic taking out filled cartridge in one go. The machine has an amazing filling efficiency, it can fill more than 50,000 cartridges a day (24 hours). But its price is also expensive. Therefore, it is specially suitable for medium and large plants.
This gas cartridge filling machine is developed for filling liquid carbon dioxide. If your carbon dioxide comes from a steel cylinder or a dewar tank, this machine is suitable. If your source Co2 is pure gas, please contact us for customization.
Carbon oxide is a high-pressure liquefied gas which must be filled as per the approved weight and cannot be filled as per pressure. We will adapt the gas cartridge filling machine according to your Co2 cartridge before it leaves our factory. You can use it right out of the box after receiving it without any settings.
