Natural gas compressor station, as knowns as CNG compressor station, is a natural gas booster compressor that can safely compress natural gas up to 25MPa. CNG compressor station adopts oil-free compression and uses compressed air as its driving power, thus no electric spark risk and explosion proof. And it comes with the exhaust cooling module to achieve self-cooling and cooling compressed natural gas. In addition, natural gas compressor has automatic start-stop function, that is, it will automatically stop when reaching your preset pressure, thus preventing overpressure. Therefore, the natural gas booster compressor is suitable for fueling CNG vehicles, transfer or filling natural gas.
Natural gas compressor station adopts a modular design. We integrate serval natural gas booster pumps and control kit into a robust skid, which makes it easy to operate and compact in size. You can decide whether to start one or more CNG booster pumps depending on the current working conditions. You only need to set a discharge pressure by rotating the air regulator and reading the pressure gauges on panel, CNG compressor station will automatically compress natural gas and output compressed natural gas for you. If add a NGV fueling nozzle, CNG compressor station can serve as a mobile CNG fuel compressor.

CNG compressor station is applicable to natural gas, methane and biogas. It cannot directly process LNG, which is a cryogenic liquified natural gas, you need to use a gas evaporator to convert LNG into normal temperature natural gas, and then use the CNG compressor station to compress it.
There are multiple natural gas booster pumps built in CNG compressor station, all of which are equipped with exhaust cooling module. To be specific, it uses the exhaust air to achieve self-cooling and cool high-pressure natural gas, without consuming extra energy. If you need to further quickly cool high-pressure natural gas, it is recommended to install a gas cooler.
