The chemical injection system is a compact chemical injection skid based on chemical injection pumps. It can safely boost chemical up to 320MPa and inject chemical under back pressure. The chemical injection skid is driven by compressed air, thereby explosion proof and suitable for chemical injection operations in hazardous areas such as oil & gas fields or chemical plants. To cope with the corrosiveness of chemicals, we adopt the following measures for the chemical injection unit. We use 316L stainless steel to manufacture the pump head of chemical injection pump, and we equip the chemical pump with FFKM seals. In addition, the main accessories of the chemical injection skid are made of 304L or 316L stainless steel.
The discharge pressure of chemical injection skid is always proportional to the drive air pressure. Therefore, you can easily set or adjust the discharge pressure, that is, the chemical injection pressure, by rotating air regulator and observing the pressure gauge on machine. If you prefer easier operation and more accurate chemical injection pressure, we provide automatic chemical injection system for your choice, which is automated by PLC module. You only need to set a chemical injection pressure on the touch screen, and the machine will complete chemical injection operations automatically.
