The biogas compressor is a biogas booster unit that can safely compress biogas to 25MPa maximum. It adopts a skid-mounted design, making it easy to operate and move. And it uses compressed air as its driving power and doesn’t require electricity, thus eliminating the risk of biogas being ignited by electric sparks and explosion proof. In addition, the bio gas compressor has automatic start-stop function. To be specific, you only need to set an biogas discharge pressure, and the bio gas compressor will automatically compress biogas and output higher pressure biogas flow. And it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure, thus avoiding overpressure.

Biogas compressor adopts a modular design. We integrate one or serval biogas booster pumps and control kit into a robust skid, which make it easy to operate and move. You can decide whether to start one or more biogas booster pumps depending on the current working conditions. You only need to set a desired pressure by reading the pressure gauge while adjusting the air regulator on the panel, and the bio gas compressor will compress biogas and discharge higher pressure biogas flow. And it will automatically stop and stand by when your preset pressure is reached.
Yes. Bio gas compressor has a strong self-priming ability, and it is still able to suction your biogas and compress biogas for you even if the gauge pressure of your biogas is zero.
Normally, the nominal working pressure of LPG cylinders is 21bar. LPG is filled by weight, but biogas is filled by pressure. Therefore, the maximum filling pressure for filling biogas into LPG cylinders is 21bar.
The nominal working pressure of common used CNG cylinders is 200bar. Biogas is filled according to pressure, so the maximum biogas filling pressure is 200bar if you fill biogas in CNG cylinders.
