Air Booster Compressor for Plastic Blow Molding

Air booster compressor is an air pressure booster that can provide high-pressure compressed air for you. That is, it can amplify the pressure of plant air or air compressor up to 80MPa through self-boosting. To be specific, the air booster compressor consumes a small part of compressed air as its driving power, and boost the remaining compressed air to output higher-pressure air, thus no electric spark risk and explosion proof. And it has the automatic start-stop function. That is, it will stop automatically when reaching your preset pressure, thus preventing overpressure. And it will automatically restart when terminal pressure insufficient.

How Air Booster Compressor Works

The air compressor booster consists of air booster pump, air storage tank and control kit. And it works like this. Firstly set a discharge pressure by rotating the air regulator. Then the air booster pump starts compressing air and stores the pressurized air in the storage tank to eliminate pressure pulsation, thus forming a stable high-pressure air reserve. When you need it, adjust the pressure reducing valve to get stable high-pressure air supply. The air booster pump has automatic start-stop function. That is, it will stop automatically when the air pressure in the storage tank reaches your preset pressure, and it will automatically restart to supplement pressurize air when the storage tank pressure is insufficient.
