How to Recover FM200 Halon

How to Recover FM200 from Bulk Tank ?

The bulk tank (usually 400L to 1000L ton tanks) stores liquid FM200. As more and more FM200 is transferred to fire cylinders, the bulk tank internal pressure gets lower and lower. Therefore, the remaining FM200 in the bulk tank will vaporize. Considering the high price of FM200, it is necessary to recover FM200 vapor, otherwise you will lose 15kg to 20kg FM200. Clean agent FM200 recovery machine can help you efficiently recycle FM200 from the bulk tank, no matter of FM200 liquid or vapor. That is,  the machine is able to suction all FM200 remaining in your bulk tank, then pressurize it into liquid form and fill it into another tank for your reuse.

How to Recycle FM200 from Fire Cylinder ?

What stores in a FM200 cylinder is usually the mixture of FM200 and nitrogen. You could use the FM200 recycling machine to reclaim the mixture from the fire cylinder to a storage tank, then separate nitrogen from the mixture, and what is left is FM200 for you to reuse. There is a simpler way. You could use the machine to transfer the mixture of FM200 and nitrogen from the fire cylinder to other fire cylinder of the same capacity while keeping the same pressure. In this way, you can reuse the reclaimed mixture of FM200 and nitrogen directly without separating nitrogen and re-pressurizing nitrogen. This method is particularly suitable for use during fire cylinder periodical inspections.

In fact, the clean agent recovery machine can not only efficiently recover FM200, but also suitable to serve as a Halon recovery machine or NOVEC recovery machine. In addition, it can also serve as a manual fire suppression gas filling machine to help you refill FM200, Halon and NOVEC into fire extinguishers at low cost.
