The gas booster can help you obtain high pressure gas by continuously compressing the gas. However, the temperature of the gas will rise during gas compression process. Furthermore, the higher the gas compression ratio, the more significant the gas temperature rise, which is an inevitable physical phenomenon. How to cool gas when compress the gas? There are three ways to reduce the temperature of high-pressure gas.

The first way is to use a gas booster equipped with the exhaust cooling system, which can actively cool the gas during gas compression process. Gas booster exhaust cooling system is an active self-cooling method. It uses low-temperature exhaust air to carry away the heat of the high-pressure gas in gas booster pump, without consuming additional energy.
Even so, the temperature of the high-pressure gas discharged by gas booster is still higher than room temperature. If you want to use the high-pressure gas immediately, you can add a gas cooler at the outlet of the gas booster. The gas cooler consumes no extra energy, it uses the low temperature exhaust air discharged by the gas booster to further cool the high pressure gas.

If you don’t need to use the high-pressure gas immediately, you can store the high-pressure gas in a gas tank. After a few hours, the gas in the tank will drop to room temperature.
