Working Principle of High Pressure Pumps

High pressure pump has a large piston and a small piston, and uses the area difference between the two pistons to pressurize liquids. That is, when compressed air pushes the large piston to reciprocate, the small piston also reciprocates synchronously, thereby constantly squeezing liquid to boost liquid pressure.
How to Operate High Pressure Pumps

High pressure pump outlet pressure is equal to the driving air pressure multiplied by the pump’s boost ratio which is a fixed value. So the pump outlet pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Therefore, you can easily adjust or set the pump outlet pressure by adjusting air supply pressure.

Yes. If you use our pumps to handle corrosive liquids such as chemicals, DME, Ethylene glycol, please clarify, and we will equip the pump with wetted parts and corrosion resistant seals.
How do I drive high pressure pump outdoors or in situations where there is no air supply?
High pressure pumps can be driven by compressed air or compressed nitrogen. If there is no air supply on site, you can use a 15MPa or 20MPa nitrogen cylinder to drive the pump.
Do high-pressure pumps have any requirements for the medium temperature?
High-pressure pumps are suitable for liquid medium with temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
