Do you sell used or refurbished products?
We only sell fully new products, we do not deal in used or refurbished products.
How long is the warranty period of your products? Do you provide technical support?
For all our products, we provide 12 months warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair the product if it fails due to non-human factors. If the warranty period has expired, please pay as per the repair cost. We provide lifetime technical support, and it is free.
What kind of payment terms are accepted?
T/T by bank and Western Union.
How will you deliver the goods to me?
For small items, we recommend delivery by express or by air. For large equipment, we recommend shipping by ocean. It is up to you. And you could handle the shipment by yourself, or you could entrust us or a third party to handle the shipment.
Do you have the requirement of minimum order quantity?
No MOQ restrict. If we have to say there is, the MOQ is 1.
How do you pack your products?
We use fumigation-free wooden boxes to pack our products, and there is also a layer of soft material wrapped around the products in the boxes.
What is the lead time of my order?
For high pressure pumps and gas booster pumps, the lead time is about 7 working days; For high pressure pump system and gas booster system, the lead time is about 13 working days; For pressure test machines and other large equipment, customized equipment, the lead time is about 15-20 working days. If you have special requirements for delivery time, please state it when placing the order and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Can you customize a product according to my requirements or usage needs?
Yes, in addition to supplying standard products, we also provide turn-key customization services. Our sales staff will figure out your needs and feedback to our engineers, and then tailor a solution for your approval, finally manufacture the product for you.
Do you accept product inspection?
Yes, we accept any form of product inspection from you, such as: you personally inspect the product, entrust a third party to inspect the product, video inspection, etc.
