How to Convert Fluid Pressure from Low to High

Pressure booster pump can help you convert low pressure to high pressure efficiently. It uses the area ratio of large and small pistons to generate a pressure ratio to pressurize gas or liquid. Specifically, the pressure booster consists of air drive section with a large piston inside and high-pressure section with a small piston inside. Under the control of pneumatic shuttle valve, compressed air drives the large piston to reciprocate, so the small piston reciprocates synchronously and compresses gas or liquid continuously. According to Pascal’s law, the driving air pressure multiplied by the large piston area is equal to the high-pressure section internal pressure multiplied by the the small piston area. In this way, the gas or liquid entering the booster pump will obtain a higher pressure.
